3. Intellectual Property: You agree that any intellectual property rights associated with your research work will remain with you or your organization. The National Technical University of Athens will not claim ownership of any intellectual property generated through the use of our cloud services.
4. Security: You agree to take all necessary measures to protect your account credentials and any other confidential information associated with your use of the cloud services. The National Technical University of Athens will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the National Technical University of Athens, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the cloud services.
6. Modifications to Terms of Use: The National Technical University of Athens reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our cloud services will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Entire Agreement: These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and the National Technical University of Athens with respect to the Leaena cloud service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
8. Governing Law: These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
9. Limitation of Liability: National Technical University of Athens will not be liable to you for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the cloud service, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination: National Technical University of Athens may terminate your account and access to the cloud service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.
11. Prohibited Conduct: Users may not use the cloud service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates these terms of use. Should not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
12. User Content: Users are solely responsible for any content that they upload, publish, or display on the cloud service. They warrant that have all necessary rights to upload and publish such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
13. User Account: In order to use the Leaena cloud service, an account must be granted. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
14. Data Processing: If the National Technical University of Athens processes personal data on your behalf, we will do so in compliance with GDPR and will only process personal data in accordance with your documented instructions.

Data Subject Rights: If you are a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
